This is a plain-English starting set of terms for the OwnYourCoaching program. Before this program takes real payments, have a lawyer check this page so it fully matches Indian law and your real refund process.

What you're joining

OwnYourCoaching is a 12-week live program run by Samir Dash. Each week has one live session on Zoom, where you build a real part of your business together with Samir, live. Joining also gives you 1 full year of access from your join date, described below.

This is built with you, not done for you

OwnYourCoaching is a hands-on program. Every landing page, every setting, every piece of content is built by you, during the live session, guided step by step by Samir. This is not a service where you hand over your business and someone else does the work on your behalf. If you are looking for a done-for-you service, this program is not the right fit, and we will tell you so before you join, not after.

Acceptance into the program is also not automatic. Applying through WhatsApp starts a short conversation to check that this program is actually a good fit for you and your business, before any payment is taken.

Payment

You can pay the full amount upfront, or in monthly parts, as shown on the pricing section of the main page. EMI is available on selected credit cards, subject to your card issuer's own terms. [PAYMENT PROCESSOR, e.g. Razorpay] is used to collect payment.

Refunds

Attendance & 1-year access

Sessions are live and also recorded. If you miss a session, you can still watch the recording, and your AI assistant keeps the context so you don't start over. Extra support and Q&A sessions are held after each of the 12 activities, so everyone has that activity fully working before the group moves on to the next one.

Your access runs for 1 full year from the date you join, not just the 12 weeks. During that year you can: watch every session recording at any time, attend any later live round of the program again at no extra cost, for a refresher or to catch up on anything missed, and join the ongoing Q&A and support sessions held through the year, not only during your own 12 weeks.

What's included

The 12 weekly sessions, 1 year of full access and recordings, your own AI assistant setup, the extra Q&A and support sessions through the year, and the 5 bonuses listed on the main page: lifetime access to Elite Teleprompter, plus course access to the productivity, time management, stress management, and discipline courses for coaches. Some tasks may need a small paid tool depending on your specific business needs, as explained on the main page.

What this program doesn't promise

OwnYourCoaching teaches you to build and run these systems yourself. It does not guarantee a specific income, number of leads, or business result, since that depends on your own effort and your own business.
